We've had our large scale for almost 10 years and its still running great....but the the packaging isn't :-\. I'm afraid the train will get damaged in the old packaging. Is there anyway I can obtain a new packaging box? What do you suggest?
I saw some one on Ebay selling empty boxes, but maybe Bachmann would sell you some. It couldn't hurt to call service at 215-744-1600 and see if they have some.
Maybe you could make new boxes for you trains. I got some boxes at Wal-Mart that were for cosmetics, they wer a great size for me. Boxes are easy to modify to fit your needs. Omne box I got was perfect for holding two J&S Passenger cars.
