For some time now, your web site has been showing the new
pilot with coupler for the On30 Mogul, Part No. 29908.

Do you have an expected arrival date for this?

They are out,do a google search using bachmann and the part no. and you will get a list of places that has them . On ebay there are ten listed by one seller.

I bought mine the first weekend of November -

Just don't be like these idiots I see on eBay who bid something with around a $10 retail you can buy very easily, up to $26.
