I am using a NCE 5 amp power pro with the Soundtraxx booster on the program track. I have had nothing but problems trying to program the shay which has DCC and sound. Have tried POM, program track but nothing. Does anyone have a step by step procedure they use to program or am I looking at changing the decoder, etc?
