There is a simple reason for this... weres the loco going to get electricity from ::)
a overhead wire DUh if they could aford a new station ,to fix the dock percy sank bolstord on and all those train crashes they can aford some overhead wires
They have, it is powered by class 86's. It is run by British Rail.

well american locomotives do not appear in thomas, so he may as well stop hoping!!
but i think he means electric british locomotives.
