Title: does Bachman sell new blank f3 shells?

Would it be possible to buy new blank f3 golden memories shells? Maybe consider doing that for the kit bashers out here?

I have often wondered this myself about shells for anything they produce. A concern of mine is that a shell on one of my locos or passenger cars will be damaged and I can't get replacements. The other manufacturers offer replacements, I don't know about WBB.

Guys,

Availability of replacement shells is going to vary.  Contact our service department and ask them about your specific needs.

How about making undercoated shells/engines, so people could paint their own locoes and cars!

An uncoated shell is what I seek. I am currently stripping an f3 shell. I have to give the company credit, that is some tough paint on those! Would be great to be able to buy an A-A paint your own road names set.
