Title: Installing EZ Ni/Ag #5 or #6 turnouts
Post by: whm2255 on July 06, 2009, 09:39:58 AM
Is there a trick to installing these turnouts.  It seems to me that you have to shave some of the roadbed to allow the attachment of track.  Any help will be appreciated.

Nickel silver, sometimes called German silver, is an alloy of copper, nickel and zinc and sometimes minor amounts of antimony, cadmium, lead and tin, but never silver.  Calling it Ni/Ag does not really fit and could get you in trouble in countries that prohibit naming anything for a precious metal if it does not contain any.
