Title: DCC LIGHTING

RECENTLY PURCHASED A "A-B' set of sharks they run fine but i cannot get the lighting to activate .
any idea's

you could check with the person you got it from if it has lights, or check with your local hobby shop also. If it does have working lights, and if bachmann, then try customer service.

It's function 10 on the E-Z Command, or function 0 or any other system. That switches the light's on and off. Also, try to open up, and check that the LEDs are properly soldered to the decoder. If they are, check the wiring, don't do anything too fancy. Keep track of what screws go where, and keep them in a safe place that won't spill easy. If you do happen to find something questionable, refer to the diagram that should be provided. If the diagram doesn't give you your answer, try to get a picture of the problem, and post it here. If you still can't get the problem fixed, do contact the Service Department. Bachmann is known for it's great service.

Did you go back and read the answers to your July 17 posting of the same question?  There is not much use posting questions if you do not read the answers or answer the questions that will help us to help you.
