Yahoo group     BC-InterioRR   has a list of various U tube videos on Marks C&W layout. Worth
jioning the group if interested in Southern BC Railway operations.

On30 / Re: Heisler with six-wheel trucks?

   I believe they are Anglo-Chilian Nitrate Rly "Kitson-Meyers", 3Ft 6In gauge.
Some of which were sold to the Tatal Rly at a later date.

Braden Copper operated 17  2&1/2FT gauge,  3 cylinder SHAYS , both 2 Truck and 3 Truck similar in size to the West Side SHAYS for 3FT modellers.

On30 / Re: WP&Y DL535

As the DL535 were also used in South America, I do believe it would be of interest. as for WP&Y cars with the number of X Colorado cars that were shipped for war service a decent train could be made up for the units to haul.  Railmaster Export made Sn3 the Anvil Ore Cars (a six pack that I have yet to assemble) which will oneday be in service on my South American Railway.

For a smaller OF Mikado consider the Balwin 2-8-2s built for Patagonia SN 55429-55453, a few are still in service on the Esquel Line.
For a IF 4-6-0 Baldwin SN 40871 & 40872 Built for the Este de Minas in Brazil
And for Super Power Mitsubishi IF 2-10-2 (20 Built) a few rebuilt for service in Argentina, films of them with a 60 car coal drag are impressive!.

On30 / Re: For those desiring a 3 truck shay

The boiler length was extended, which allowed the firebox to sit over the trailing truck. The 3 photos are all 3/4 views, but the extra length is easy to make out. The cab was shortened front and rear, with door closed
and a window installed.  An Oil Tender replaced the orginal SHAY bunker and Tender.

In Brazil 2 80Ton SHAYS were rebuilt to 4-6-2 Pacific's and the Third one was rebuilt into a 2-6-0+0-6-2T
SHAY-Kitson Meyer. One of the Pacific's is in a Museum there. Photo of the 2-6-0+0-6-2T is in
Narrow Gauge off the Beaten Path

kits, certain were  a few last I looked over their stock. Val or Rob would be glad to help you out.

If I was not well into building a passenger train, I would take a look at the Scenery Unlimited S Scale
passenger car roofs and underframes. (Aug 2012 MR, pg 16, has a review). they are darn close to the Bachmann Passenger car, which I have also assembled in to my Local Passenger service.
