Where do they go?  Are they available anywhere for resale?

They are more likely scrapped and test the parts to see if they're any good.

I suggest you contact the service department. It might be a manufacturing error.

Well, ebay has NOTHING. But steamers of Nickel Plate, Cabooses- and everything except a boxcar! I myself like Nickel Plate, and did some reasearch <more like watch a television program> and it said Nickel Plate was more profitable in the lines of coal, but they did do quiet a lot of boxcar work. I guest they didn't make as much boxcars as they were in real life. Or maybe it was the time peroid. We can easly find the model of modern trains because they're are easly designed. To keep making a certian model after the company dies might effect it. Well. No one seems to have a boxcar- unless you bought it when they were still manufactured.

Nickel Plate looks cool-you know- rough and simple looking- I like the design, I would like to see a Nickel plate engine, w/ caboose.

Your track may be the problem, check for any bad spots. If it's not the track, check the wiring, might be something related to that, all I got to say that it's the engine or the eletircity-one or the other.

Nuclear trains!?
Dang goverment!
Train wrecks just got a little worse...
If it goes through, I'm not going to colleage to become a train engineer, it's almost suicide to drive a nuclear train!
Oh,well...what's ya gonna do,
Someone likely posted the same compant when they said steam was over forever...
I thought electric was to stop diesel, or maybe it will? Now it's just a big old race to see which can take our trains into the next genration...I'm hoping electric wins! ;D

It could be your transformer or type of outlet your useing. You might need to check the engine on that steamer. My life like engine has those problems, but life like isn't the best anyway. It turned out to be the rail. The jointer was jerked in a fashion to were only parts of the electrical pulses got through. Check you engine and track. :)

HO / Re: Faster Than Acela Express...Livin' A Dream
February 13, 2008, 07:11:31 PM
I've seen videos of the TGV! Post here to tell me about the trip. It's very fast, in the videos, a comon TGV passes within 5 sec.! And don't talk about Acela, they might make the TGV too fast to rival it, or you could cause a rivaly with a TGV fan.

Hey, I'm new. But that is funny, I just skimed. And I woke up early and got on the computer, you can't blame me, oh, I'm smart. I've been on the honor roll for 2 years-working on the 3rd. Plus I found the trestle! Just type in Bachmann Trestle on ebay. And to avoid future problems-I check- HO, man I still suck at these online club things, oh well.

If it bothers you so much, just buy the shell of one that looks exactly right, and switch them around.  ;D
