;)From someone who worked in the phone industry, The cat 6connectorslook the same, but they are different.  As far as seed is concerned, the cat six must have all cat 6 componets or the speed will be the same as cat 5.
Good look.

On30 / couplersfor on30 cars
July 27, 2009, 12:01:57 PM
I am converting Ho bobber cabooses for logging cars.  I need Bachmann easy mate couplers for them.  Will the ho be the correct size?  I can't seem to find any in ON30, and don't want to replace all of my stock to kaydee's at this time.
Also, there seems to be about 5 or 6 different types to buy.  long shank med, shout and others. Anyone have any suggestions for me?
Thanks,
Rex

For me, having just retired, i try to divide my time between 0n30 modeling and working on the real thing!  That is to say volunteering at the Colorado Railroad Museum, where the oldest steam engine is from 1880.  What a thrill to work on this equipment.  And by working on them you start to understand how they work :)

I had this happen to me,  it was turned off in the controller.
Several times I have to turn on the lights after no running the engine for a while.  Just an idea.

I was referring to building, people, and car size: not the track size. For example people in O gage size are a little large for the onso trains.
Does that make seance?

Is the on30 scale really 1:48 or is it 1:64?
Thanks, Rex
