I just checked Wholesale Trains web page. Now the estimated delivery is May 30th and the price went up a little. I guess us 1:22.5 guys are low priorty.

I just ordered one online from Wholesale Trains. I'll let you know if and when I get it.

Very nice, Kevin. It would look good working either side of Conogocheaque mountain.

Hi & Merry Christmas Leppy,

Here's the link for the instructions for the Train Engineer. It was made some years ago. I have two and they work great. I hope you get it running for your son.

Hi Bill,

The other set is the NYC Fast Mail 90086. I think I got them at train meets as I was not into eBay then.

Merry Christmas to all!!

Hi Bill & Joe,

I have three different large scale sets in boxes with that item number, including the Blue Comet set, instead of the regular Bachmann number. I assume they were made for some big box or department store but have never found out who it was. I think he needs the plastic push in pin that holds the connecting rod to the side rods and driver.

Hi All,

I have a Hartland I got sometime ago at a train meet at a good price. It uses the old Delton combine body that's 1/24th but looks ok with the Bachman cars. I called Hartland and got another front panel and closed in the open rear end. Runs great.

Hi:

The 6 Vulcan engines, 81994-81999, were listed as 2005 models but they were cancelled in November of 2004 due to lack of intrest. They listed at $799 retail.

This dealer on eBay always seems to have some.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/METAL-END-RAILING-SET-4-BACHMANN-LGB-PASSENGER-CARS-/141030814510?pt=Model_RR_Trains&hash=item20d617732e#ht_913wt_909

Bachmann does not offer an upgrade kit and if you called Bachmann parts, I'd have no idea what they would cost, if they even had them.
