Take a look at the EP-4 models made by Frateschi in plastic, the units were built for service in Brazil. Might be of interest?. I do not have any
photos of the Milwaukee engines to compare the models to.

Looking at photos taken (circa 1900) of the SHELL facilities in China
and there is no difference in drums from todays drum. Two pressed ribs.
There were different styles, some shaped like wood barrels. Sure it is OK  to use WW11 drums back to 1900.

It really did not matter, although I have seen photos of equipment,
usually narrow gauge with no interchange of cars with the majority
at one end. Dependant on delivery or construction of the cars I would
guess.

A side trip or two to the GWN and you could add The Three Stooges,
Midnight Sun, BlackHeart,Paddy Whack IPA, Face Plant, Liplock, Afterdark   & Tall Timber Ale for those logger types.

Interesting though in the introduction, mention is made of a new
Mogul. Maybe just a mistake for the 4-4-0.

To add to the list, some Steel ore cars,  similar to the Kilbourne & Jacobs steel orecars, as used by Grandby on their 3ft gauge Hidden CreekCopper line. Some of these car's ended up on the WP&Y as ballast cars.

Plans shown in "Steel Rail & Silver Dreams".

For a reefer "Rouge Breweries" out of Oregon.

Another option, www.minaturesbyeric.com  produces a conversion kit to
  convert the Bachmann 0-4-0 into a 0-4-4.

A simple conversion of S std gauge cars to O ng, including OB wood
boxcars (trucks/ladders/roofwalk) has provided another dozen or so
cars for my oneday layout.  Size wise, close to published demensions of 2½ft gauge equipment used in South America.

If Bachmann came out with a K-27, would seriously have to look at
getting one  and letter for the Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Mexico.
   400/401  x 458/459.

Take a close look at the third through sixth photos! That "dinky little ng engine" is none other than our "humongously large" (other people's description!) Bachmann K-27!! :o ;D Doug's creation isn't even one of the largest SG locomotives either! Consider what a UP "Big Boy" would look like! ;)

    Steve
Makes me wonder how the K-27 size compares to the Meter Gauge
2-8-8-4s built by Henschel in 1937 for Brazil, Figure they scale out at
47½inchs in F scale.

B-G were advertised for sale in Western Canada
Baldwin had right s to build them for NA
    Later ALCO obtained the rights

Years ago at one of the NG convention's. Peter (Backwoods) had
a Hon3 B-G running on demo stand, had sold 6 kits  (all he had)
and had orders for 8 more within the first hour. Seems a lot of
interest for them. They do look neat with a freight drag in a NA
setting<G>.

      Geoff

Waiting on delivery of a On2½ G-42 from DU at the moment. Will
be used for coal drags, when I get enough track laid <G>. Next I need to
  get busy working on a Kitson-Meyer 2-6-0+0-6-2.

On30 / Re: How 'bout a small inside frame 2-8-0 ?

   Jeff

Nice looking conversion of the 2-6-0 to an IF 2-8-0.  Have to wonder
what all the boilerless 2-6-0s will end up as. I have a conversion in mind for  a couple of the 2-6-0s, so may convert a couple of 2-8-0 or 2-8-2, like
I need more power<G>.
