I don't need the parts.  I wish WBB would make a complete NEW unit.  I think there would be a demand for this engine!

How about WBB coming up with their version of it?  You make the Baldwin Disck wheels for the Berk.  Just make a mold of the body!  W used to be called williams REPRODUCTIONS, Ltd!

Ross does make a "O-72" switch with tin track.

The F and FA units in the mostly blue livery would work,  13" cars could be all blue, which the 15" cars would be mostly silver with blue window stripe.

There was an article in CTT about such a conversion.  Actually, Lionel lists the K as a K5, 2 expermentals of the PRR which did not work out.

THAT IS A GREAT IDEA!

It is easier to work those screws with a magnet which energizes the screwdriver.

Yes, you need a 90W PreWar transformer, or a 75-80w unit now.  The PW ones tend to lose watage over time on due to heat.

Speaking of the Reading, I would consider some Budds in that road name.  Did ride some from Reading Terminal in Philly in 1979.

RDG Passenger cars:  In silver, as in the CRUSADER, or in the colors like the passenger F units?

Usually a 12 V bayonet type (no screw)

I have been changing mine out to the LED typs.  Less heat build up in tight places.

I just got a U33C SP.  OK, I LIKE SP.  But if WBB would come up with enclosed auto carriers, then you could do the original AUTO-TRAIN.  The AT used U36B's.  But W/WBB has done a Dash-9 in Amtrak, so I could live with a C.  The AT used single level cars, 1/4 domes, and ex-ATSF Big Domes.  But a non-Big Dome car AT would look GOOD!

Anywa, who has the rights to the AT name now?  Amtrak?

I have people say they want full seats in pass cars.  Others want the strips with the people on them.

But I have an idea.  If you are on the ground, you really cannot see into the car.  To me, then, it might be easier to have some sort of windows or strips as windows on the cars without any people on them.

What do you think?

Williams did have the Mtroliners in stock.  The SPV 2000 could be a powered Metro car, with cabs at both ends, and no pantograph!

3 Liveries for the same body color.  Not a bad deal.

Houston METRO is getting an add on order of UTA A-70's so we sould be getting the short nose version.  METRO got the first S70's, and the only ones with the big nose!
