I'm really not surprised. Are the porters
Really available yet, more than just a few here and
There?
As displeased as I am, at least they will be coming

Buy a good decoder. Remove jumper install decoder in the socket. Just get pin 1 in pin 1's hole and you'll be done. It's easy

Pop off the smokebix cover. You'll see the two leads connecting the headlight. Possibly they are reversed. It is an led and will not work wired the wrong way. They just slip on the headlamp leads

I have the nce powercab and love it for my on30 equipment. Runs my sound equipped locos perfectly

is the speed reduction due to power loss, or the fixed driver wheelbase binding in the curves?

^^ really? I called 4 times in February and left 3 messages with that nice lady in customer service about my cracked Shay gears. Never a return call.

It's about 2 minutes to change. Just that little Phillips screw under the coupler pocket, any hobby shop carrying bachmann parts or kadee couplers. Just a couple of dollars

I'd buy from a lhs, but mine is a chain store. Carries woodland scenics and paints. What equipment they do carry is so far off a realistic price, I wont pay those prices. I don't mind a little higher, but 3 times
An Internet price? not from my wallet
