Items are discontinued when they stop selling. They can always be brought back into the line at a later date.

I guess I don't feel bad.  :)

Hello everyone!  :)

I started this thread, so everyone can talk about the new analog sound Thomas that's coming soon!

Share your thoughts on it right here!

Thomas & Friends / Re: Bachmann 'Arry and Bert thread

I hope Thomas will be able to have a better face, and a front coupler! But now, let's get back to the 'Arry and Bert topic. I'll start a thread about the new Thomas.

This is stupid, the range is supposed to be expanding every year, and all their doing is making the range the same size by discontinuing things... Soon we'll be asking Bachmann, "Why are there all these engines, but almost nothing for them to shunt, or pull?" :'(

I agree! Discontinuing great things is starting to get ridiculous. I don't have a single coach in my collection!

The Hornby models of 'Arry and Bert were awful. They had Splatter and Dodge's faces, and were totally inaccurate in design. And they're discontinued. At least Bachmann is making them finally, and I'm sure they'll turn out great!

I really think people shouldn't start making 2014 predictions or wishlists until around August. Having so many wishlists getting spammed all over here gets tiresome after a while.

I know for sure that 'Arry and Bert would have CGI faces, just like Diesel. Bachmann can give them black side rods if they wish. But I do hope they have black windows, since their cabs aren't black like Diesel's.

Thomas & Friends / Bachmann 'Arry and Bert thread
February 11, 2013, 05:08:09 PM
I thought I'd start this thread, so everyone can talk about the new 'Arry and Bert models Bachmann announced today.

Personally, I'm glad that they announced 'Arry and Bert instead of Oliver. 'Arry and Bert may have been in demand longer, and they are really easy projects. They just need to modify Diesel. Oliver would've required them to start from scratch.

Feel free to say your thoughts on the new models!

Too bad Bachmann can only have so much in their availability. It would be nice if they remade the express coaches.
#715
Wow! If you get rid of the express coaches, might as well get rid of Gordon. :'(

Despite having the Thomas announcements postponed to Monday, it'll be worth the wait.

Good. Thank you for stopping the fight. The Chuggington line will not affect the Thomas line in any way, and now everyone should know that.  :)

Lady and Diesel 10 won't be made anytime soon. Splatter and Dodge may also really not get made. Even if Bachmann were to make Splatter and Dodge, the only reason is because they have the tooling for them, Diesel's body and chassis. We know that 'Arry and Bert are far more likely than them, because at least THEY weren't one-off characters.

I know James was sometimes called big, and sometimes called small. It's confusing.

In Edward Helps Out, right at the beginning of the episode, the narrator says "They were all bigger than Edward." Uh... Thomas was there.
