With all of these you would think that Bachmann is going out of business

HO / Atlas Code 83 Turnouts
March 06, 2010, 10:26:43 PM
I have started laying track and just recently finished the yard, When I go to throw the switch between the main line and to go to the yard I have about a 50/50 chance of getting the front truck to go to the yard track then sometimes the trailing truck stays on the main. The frog? maybe doesn't go all the way to the outside rail. Anyway to fix this without spending 14 bucks on a new turnout?

Thanks

I downloaded the fast clock - which is something I definitely needed. Many thanks Lex.

I also just downloaded it and am confused on how it works. Any help?

it is dash 2, the same with ge's dash 7, 9, and 9s.....

Don't you mean dash 7, 8, and 9s?

I normally say the "dash" just for the sake of not confusing others

The model number shouldn't matter, just the fact that it is DCC with a decoder

The printed directions that come with the EZ-Command are not correct. Try this:
http://www.bachmanntrains.com/home-usa/ezcommand.php?ezpage=1

Scroll down to right under the 2nd picture where it says "Assigning a locomotive to a new address". Those directions should be correct. Or you can look at this

Okay, and I figured they were since they are made by MRC.

Blink 182: I realize that it is a goor powerpack. But it was given to me by a friend for free. I did not buy it. I am using the EZ-Command for running my trains (DCC obviously) and I am gonna use either a Bachmann DC or the Railpower for my accessories.

HO / Railpower 1300

A friend of mine gave me a DC power pack today called the Railpower 1300. A couple of questions on this:
1. Who makes it?
2. How powerful is it? (it is only gonna be used for accessories)

Thanks,
Cody

I saw somewhere (I don't know where) but somebody had hooked there model layout up to a computer and controlled it by that. (sort of like the dispatcher diagram with ATCS). I don't have any intention in doing this but it has been on my mind lately... Is ther anyway to connect EZ-Command to a computer and have a diagram of your layout on screen and have it be like ATCS? Sorry if that doesn't make sense, I was having trouble finding the right words to use.
