hi mick, peter in melb vic,so the aussie agent has just found out about the possible problem,what a joke,they want us to buy from an aussie dealer,and dont know whats going on,well that about tops it for me,i heard on the train track,grape vine,some resellers in aussie are asking the full retail price,$1400.00in aussie dollars,for k27s,enough ranting,and aussie agents,please get your act together,for all our sakes,cheeers peter.....

stan,tony has an interesting point,as we all know,these beasts all have some little quirk to bug us,but as a community,of course these make good conversation,if anyoying.i have in some parts at least 4% ,the only way up,with 4 bachmann coaches,is two connies,on aristo track power,or that part of the line is not used,just my 2 cents have fun,cheeers peter in auzzie 8) 8)

well,the retailer who sold you the loco,can also tell you the name of the aussie distributer,which here in melbourne is zimbler,the dont,wont deal with you directly,but will try to answer your emails,questions etc,see how you go,hope this helps,cheeers,peter..

just a quick note, grumpy implies made in china is hard to watch for qaulity control,dont you forget that the usa is one of chinas BIGGEST TRADING PARTNERS,ant to be fair to kader,aristocraft,things do not always go as planned,if you dont like it,dont buy it,usally the second run has the bugs out,just my input,take no offence,but this is life,peter from ozzie.....

well tony from what i read on the forums,i think a handfull,maybe 1 in ten,dont know for sure,i know toc,a few others are working on the problem,but there is light at tunnel end!!i know its very dissapointing to have a new loco lock up,or not go,what we all need to do is help the guys that help us,like toc etc,anyway thats my 10 cents worth,so i hope my 27 is ok when i get it,relax,alls well that ends well,peter :D :D

hi guys thanks for the info,my 27 will be in on friday,so i can get it home,lube etc,put it on rollers for an hour or two,alongside the connie,looking forward to see the beast in the flesh,i am selling a uintah lgb for the 27,the lgb wont pull what the connie will,so as much as i like it,sounds etc,if it wont pull up your grades that the connie will,so be itthanks,peter ;D ;D ;D

well,here we have a man who is stroppy about the lovely k-27,my friend,there are hundreds of these sold,only a handfull have a problem,i am sure bachmann are doing what they can asap,it may be annyoying,but at the price,this beast is a bargain,i assume you live in usa,at least you can get parts faster than me in auzzie,ok,enough this is a good product,and like lgb,,did not go broke!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 ;D ;D ;Dgo bachmann,yes i do have one,on order,will be mine by w/end.cheers,peter..

 ;D ;Dhi chaps,just a quick question,will the kay be able to pull more,as it has all the wheels on the track,than the connie????also is the speed of these 2 compatable to double head,with track power,i hope mine will be in this week,looks like a few things to keep an eye on,but its a great loco,thanks peter....

hi guys,isee a lyn loco on thebay,as new not run,is this loco a good runner,i want to copy a model of our famous puffing billy,which is 2-6-2,the wheel config is not big problem,is the running gear the same as the new porter,im not sure,any help is good help,thanks peter :) :)

 8) 8)thats it kevin,i have a mate,he is pretty good at fixin these things,some of laid rail is bent with this bender,by the way was made in this country,not usa,these tracks are holding up ok,but are not floating in ballast,but screwed to my elevated part of the railway,again,thanks for the reply,cheers,peter...

 ;) ;)thanks for the info,i have a single rail bender,it does exactly that,has ahabbit of twisting rail sideways,i think the single one needs some shims to stop twisting,thanks peter...
