Does anybody know how Jack Showalter got his engines? I am just curious as to how he got them.

Also, does anybody know if these engines have been saved? They were (and still may be) in Immediate danger of being scrapped.

I am but a humble fan of your products, you make some fine steam locomotives. If you don't mind a suggestion for your product line, how about a Western Maryland Railway 4-8-4 ? These fine fast freight engines would delight kitbashers and WM fans alike. The Western Maryland Railway has a good many engines that would appeal to many costumers, such as the Large I-2 (not Russian) 2-10-0 Decapod.

I believe the Western Maryland doesn't get as much recognition as many other more famous railroads, but the Fast Freight line was a fine road, and people young and old would buy a WM engine.

I was looking around the Bachmann Parts website, and I saw "Canadian Overland" labeled on some of the parts, Including a Canadian National tender, and I was wondering, what is the Canadian Overland, is it a new Bachmann set?

I have done a lot of research on the locomotive.

Does anybody have any tips for modifying a Bachmann locomotive, preferably the Santa Fe 4-8-4. I wish to cosmetically modify it to look like a Western Maryland J-1 4-8-4.

Wait? A Baltimore and Ohio 2-8-2?! Berkshires?!  I can't wait!

Simple answer, no.  Both cylinder cocks open and close at the same time.

Poor special effects but pretty good modelling for the era.

What is the pride of your Locomotive shops? Whats the finest piece of rolling stock ever to be built by you, If you don't mind sharing of course! I am currently constructing an Central railroad of new Jersey 4-4-2.
