my new 4-6-4 HO loco has a very annoying intermintent buzz from the sound card.
Is there anything I can do to correct this? or must the sound card be replaced

I have a 4-6-2 light pacific (with WOW sound) that runs great with DC and makes good whistle sounds. The DCC pins and socket appear to match with my 2-8-4 Berkshire that makes no whistle sounds.
What will happen if I connect the 4-6-2 tender to the 2-8-4 loco?  They both use the same motor.

I just replaced the 8 pin plug connector on my HO 4-6-2 light pacific.
It runs fine but the sound is very low.
 Does any one have a wiring chart for this sound card? AE32068
It looks like AE32041,AE32040, AE32039
I marked the wires and replaced them one at a time; but could have messed-up.
With the tender upside down and reading left to right
here is my connection list:
 pin1 RR, pin2 M+, pin3 HL,  pin4 U+

pin5 H+,  pin6 SMK, pin7 M-, pin8 LR 

any help would be greatly appreciated.
