one area that I would like to see Bachmann move towards is Crowdfunding. If it is not financially feasible for them to carry a whole new line but they want to satisfy the fans with some repaints like a arry and Bert/splodge then why not a kick starter? if you don't get the funding and hit your target then don't run it but at least we know you tried?

I propose this because of Brandon Sanderson and how he crowd funds his books and his fans get the things they want. obviously a motorized model is different then a book.

One can dream of different pathways to obtain all the models. I created splatter and dodge from two diesel Bachmann Models. although its serviceable it would be nice to have official models.

If Bachmann saw this through to the end, they'd be a day 1 purchase from me. It keeps the same face plate, but makes them distinguishable from each other to tell them apart.

I am in the process of making the Diesel Works in HO Scale. I want to share it with the community but not sure what avenue to do that. Almost done modeling it.

that font just looks so off. I don't know how they looked at it and was like yep that's what we are going for.

Is there anyone who has created Diesel 10, Lady, splatter, or dodge HO 3d print?

My son would like to have these characters and looks like im going to have to make them and i dont want to sink a bunch of time into 3d modeling them if there is already a path forward or if there are tips from people on how to make them. for example what chassis to use and tips that i dont have to learn the hard way.

As a new Bachmann Thomas fan over the past year. I have collected all of the Thomas the Tank items in their catalog. both new and discontinued items.

What is missing?

HO Scale Faces for the trains they provide. This must not be popular as they have not done this already but it is mind blowing to me that i cant purchase these. They have over 20+ engines. a face pack for each would be amazing. i do not know how much they would cost but if i paid $20 for face exchange that's over $400 for Bachmann. shoooot even $30 i would snag these. i hope the people are successful and if so then hopefully faces can be looked at.

Even Digital download STL files would be great so your local hobbyist could print out their own faces. i know why they would not do STL files and thats fine but let me buy faces from you.

I have the majority if not all HO scale bachmann and started collecting the N scale trains. i must say the n scale trains my toddler enjoys quite alot and easier to manage with space. having a larger selection of trains like HO i hope develops.

trying to help on a forum i do not think will be helpful. try a local train store like hobby shop who works on engines or maybe bachmann has a support phone number or you could send in the engine to them to fix. not sure if its cost effective as much as buying a new oliver but likely some youtube channels could be helpful.
