No parts available no help on phones over 2 hours on the phone is enough no one's help lines waiting list is this long.

I have a Bachmann spectrum locomotive that's really sad, the trucks need attention and not sure about the motor, i can't find any info and or parts can anyone help me? Ben on hold at bachmann for over 2 hours. On line store has 0 parts listed for n gauge EMD sd40-2 locomotive maybe it's time to switch manufacturers?
