Is there a list of the CVs for the decoder used on the OnBoard GE 70-ton locomotives? I can't find them anywhere on the Bachmann site.

I have three of the DCC Onboard 70 ton locomotives and am pleased with them. My frustration is that there is no CV list for the decoders and Bachmann seems to not want to share that information.
