I have a 4-6-2 Pacific Steam Engine - Southern # 40802
A pickup roller up roller on the tender has lost its flex. I noticed on the working pickup roller that there are arms that extend from the spring that is wrapped around the pickup roller axel.
The pickup roller that is not working is missing one of these arms - I'm assuming that's why the roller lost its flex.
I'm looking for a workaround or will I need a replacement?

Also where I  could get a copy of the documentation - looked on Bachman website but they do not list this particular engine wheel configuration
