If that is the case then you should be buying Kato. The Chinese made stuff doesn't come close to the Japanese quality.

When looking for parts these days I feel it always makes sense to try the manufacturer first. I don't know many dealers who stock parts anymore unless the model has a specific issue, then the better dealers will keep a few on hand so that customers don't have to wait to get their model back in service.

You're probably going to have to modify the train on your own. You might consider turning down the wheel flanges. This probably won't get you down to an 11" radius but it might get you to 16-17"
