I understand your doubt; I'm still having trouble believing it! I think that'd be too big of a set up to be kept a secret. Someone surely wouldve blabbed about it if it were. The conductor cussing out the driver also seemed pretty realistic     I'm sure the train wasn't going too fast, and the engineer probably saw the car on the tracks way back... I'm sure he knew the car just wasnt going to make it off the tracks. I would've found it funny though if the train had gone just a few inches further and left a big 'ole dent in his door

I dont see how running a forum can really cost that much. Yardmaster, does it really cost a lot to run a forum like this? I don't think a forum would really cost so much that they are forced to shut it down.

Funny, just a couple of days ago I was thinking about joining those forums. I wonder why they're closing them...

  Woah woah woah! 20 Dollars is a lot for a van! About 80% of US Rolling Stock is under 20 dollars. I bet! In stores, how often do you see one van for more than 20 dollars! Just saying

You'd be lucky to find a well detailed, up to NMRA Standards frieght car anymore. It's well over 25 dollars for one of those good cars.

I gotta say that I think the full grey looks the best out of all of those. Just my opinion though.

Intermountain makes a Conriail Gevo in HO scale, but not as a heritage unit. I find it quite pointless

Norfolk Southern recently announced they will be making 18 heritage units, all painted in the predecessor railroads that make up NS today, to mark their 30th anniversary (1982). They will try to keep the paint schemes as accurate as possible to the predecessors' schemes. The locomotives will be 10 EMD SD70ACe's and 8 GE ES44AC's. Here is a list of all of the railroads the heritage units will be:

•   New Haven (not definite yet)

I believe some of you have 'paper railroads'. What are paper railroads? For those that dont know, they are your own railroad, just written down on paper (or the Internet). You create the scheme, and do all of the 'shopping'. You decide how many and what kind of locomotives and rolling stock your company owns. You also create train routes, trackage, etc. So, its really just owning your own railroad, without there actually being one. I'm going to create one soon... Just have alot of planning to do before I do start 

Here's an example of the CN Zebra Stripe scheme on a GP40-2W. I made this in Microsoft Paint, using a blank template from trainiax.net. I painted the entire loco using MS paint.

Amtrak has phases I-V, as well as a few others such as Cascades and Acela.

Canadian National has the 'Zebra Stripe' scheme, which is diagonal white lines going down the side of the engine.

CN also has the 'North America' scheme, which is 'CN' in white on the side with a grey picture of the North American continent.

Those are all I can think of that haven't been mentioned yet.
