I was wrong about the name of the locomotive.  The name  Oliver Evans was given in Belgium. ( Etat Belge )

The builder of that locomotive was NORIS .
Bachmann had made that NOris locomotive in the years 80.

I am looking for a Bachmann Steamlocomotive the name of that loco is Oliver Evans.
I do not know the catalogue number. I think the loco is about 20 years out.
