Found this great train road number 1257 in green, red and black with a silver nose with a tender Great Northern emblem. Does anyone know anything about this steam loco with tender?

I have been looking for any information on this electric train set item # 90038 and was not able to locate it even among your list of train sets. Do you have any information on this item?
It is in it's original box and has not been taken out.
