HO / Decoder address for Bachmann dcc equipped locos

I have a bachmann gp30 Reading Lines. I have tried running it on address code 03 and have had no luck. I use digitrax control. I put this unit on my program track and it reads d n d. What must I do to get control of this unit?

General Discussion / Installing a dcc decoder in gs4 locomotive
March 25, 2011, 06:32:53 PMHi. I have a "HO" GS4 war baby steam locomotive (item no. 11323). Is it possible to install a dcc decoder in this unit? It is an early version because it has a smoke unit in it.
