N / Sidings
July 25, 2012, 07:30:53 AM
I have one siding that does not get electricity. The locomotives work well, and it definitely doesn't have anything to do with my Digitrax Zephyr Extra. Any Ideas?????

P.S.- They're Bachmann E-Z Track Switches.

Well, I'm only ten, and I do N, but you have to have good eyesight and a lot of patience.Honestly, it's you decision. If you live in an apartment with no young kids,(1-8) I'd do N. If you live in a house with young kids, do HO.It all really depends on your conscience. This is just me, but I think N runs a little better than HO.

I know that there  is a difference between DCC ready and DCC equipped. Which one do you have to buy the decoder for?

Try turning the light on. If that doesn't work make sure that everything is plugged in. If not, make sure the locomotive is on the track.

If you don't have enough room for a layout, go to amazon.com. Type in "Model Railroading In Small Spaces Second Edition" I got my copy for 4.65 and it's great!
