bump.

It seems like the piping just pulls off, but it does seem a bit stubborn.

Anybody?

Thanks in advance.

On30 / Glass in 4-6-0

I purchased a 4-6-0 a couple months ago and at least one piece of glass in the cab was loose when I opened the box.
And another piece has slipped off since then, so I thought I'd re-attach it myself, and at the same time add an engineer and fireman.
I detached the handrails on the rear of the cab and removed the 4 screws under the cab, but I'm not sure how to remove the piping and whistle and bell linkage, and I don't want to break anything.
Any advice would be appreciated.

(I guess I could send it back to Bachmann, but I'd rather do it myself)

Thanks.

Gentlemen, Thanks.

Seems it's an 8 pin.

hminky, I've visited your site often.  Probably one of the reasons I ventured into On30!

Thanks again.

On30 / 0n30 2-8-0 decoder

Hi. I'm new to the forum and have a couple questions.
I recently bought an On30 2-8-0, item #25999. (No sound)
Does this locomotive have a Bachmann decoder in it?
And is installing a SoundTraxx sound decoder simply plug and play, (and mounting the speaker)?
Thanks.
