I need to know if the mark II coulpers that come in the On30 rail cars ae the HO guage with the long shank. If not does anyone know what size they are

I am trying to determine the model of a steam locomotive, It is a 4-6-0- Black and unlettered. The Bachmann item # is 81099. can anyone tell me if this is a spectrum
