The decoder is fine.  My other engine works great on both tracks.  Wiring checked as well.  All good.  I will check the wires in the engine.  Can you buy new boards for these engines, or is it better to just buy a new engine?  Thanks very much!

I have had a Bachman Santa Fe Engine for 3 years.  All of a sudden it has stopped working.  There is power in the track, as the engine light works.  I have taken it apart and cleaned it , but still no power to the wheels?  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

General Discussion / Signal controller
November 17, 2017, 08:34:00 PM
I have a Bachman EZ Command Control center.  I presently run 2 trains, and attached a power switch to it.  Works great.  My question is can I hook up signals to this, or do I require a separate controller?  Thanks!

Thanks for your reply.  Actually my transitions are great.  I do use the shims you mentioned.  Is there such a thing as magnetic couplers?  What couplers join the best?  Thanks very much.

HO / Couplers
October 19, 2017, 04:53:06 PM
I have a 2 bachman train sets.  No problems until i try and run the cars on a hill.  The couplers keep detaching from the engine.  Can anyone suggest the best couplers to buy so that they are not continually detaching?  Thanks

I have buit a few tunnels and trestles.  The cars keep disconnecting from the engine when I go up grade.  What kind of couplers are the best for grade?  Any other suggestions to keep the cars connected would be helpful. Thanks!

I am using ez track on a 4 X 8 table, that I can drill holes in if needed.  I have one retailer or power track.  I want to get that power to an adjacent track.  Can I use a crossover?  Or do I have get another power track and connect it via a extension wire to the existing power track?

Thanks very much.

I am trying to do double track, but cannot figure out how to get the power over to the other track from the power track.  Do I need another rerailer, that would plug into the existing one?  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Thanks Sid.  Well I tried the crossover, but no power to one track.  I think that is because I need a another rerailer to plug into the one on the adjacent track?  And I am not sure what a bus line with feeders are?  Can you please help?

Thanks very much,

Jeremy
