HO / Re: e-z track coonectors
March 17, 2017, 01:20:28 PM
OH!  When the rail slides out of the base plastic ballast,
it can be slide back into place.  Then claw and tear at the little
track suckers to remove.
.
The tiny insulated connectors will work.  It just takes a pair
of tweezers to help things along.
.
I have not tried a Dremel Radic and just leave a 1/32" gap.
Use a needle nose pliers to adjust track alignment.
Has anyone tried this with to report success or failure.
.
F>>>mann's block gap track are $40 for two.  This is
outrageous.  A reasonable price would be $10 for 2 of them.
.
If I have offended the Buchmann Co., Look at the insult they
give their customers charging $40 for 2 Blocked E-Z track at
$40   :'(

HO / e-z track coonectors
March 17, 2017, 11:43:22 AM
I need to block a section of track for a reverse loop.  e-x track
Qustion??
How do you pull them track connector suckers off?
I finally slide the track out 1 inch and pried off with a miniature screw driver.
.
The tinny weenie plastic replacements went on with a little effort.
.
I could not even find a you tube video that shows this process.

HO / Switches for the e-z track turn out
March 16, 2017, 01:45:44 PM
I have 2 track turn outs, that work for a joint track path.
Question???
Can I use 1 switch to operate both at the same time.   Otherwise I would have to use 2 switches.
