NW-2 Switcher Traditional line vs. Golden Memories

WHat the difference in these two lines as far as the NW-2 switcher that  is shown in each line.  Are they the same scale and level of detail etcc?

ALso does anyone know if the ones shown in the 2008 catalog have been shipped to distributors/retailers?
