My 0n30 rail truck gear on the axle, appears to be striped. Can anyone tell me where I can get two sets to fix this myself? Or can someone tell me the solution.

I had bought two rail trucks about 4 years ago. I finally laid down 16' of track, and wired it for dcc. The first truck was acting up within a short period of time, and I cannot get the gears to mesh togather properly. I emailed the parts department. They told me to send it in, however by the time I do that I have paid for a new set of gears. I was hopeing they would just send the new gears. I have been reading about others who have similer problems. Heres hopeing the other does not have a similer problem. I have other spectrum locos,such as 2 shays, etc.. I hope I do not have similer problems. Thease trucks are on30.
