Does anybody know when the new G-Scale Steam Engine 2-6-0 Grizzly Flats Emma Nevada will be delivered?

Does anyone know when the new G-Scale 2-6-0 engine will be delivered and available for purchase at the retailers? In their advertising campaign they said it will be delivered in summer. (And soon!)

I live in Switzerland. I run my Trains on DCC (Massoth) System. I have just purchased a Bachmann large Scale 2-4-2 engine.
Now I would like to install a DCC Sounddecoder to connect to the 8 pin socket which is already installed.
Which manufacturer offers the product which is compatible to this 8 pin socket (plug and play) and has the right Sound for this steam engine?
Personally I do like the Soundtraxx Tsunamy Sound.
Can you help me?

Does anyone know why the tender on the C-19 is soo heavy?
It really reduces the pulling power tremedously.
Has anyone tried to take some weight out of the tender and does it still run ok?
I have 3% gradients and it only pulls 3-4 wagons.
