hi , just received my light mountain it runs on DCC , but the sound is out of sync with the speed and motion - is there a list of cv's for customizing ?

please , is there a chance of Bachmann introducing packs of wheel's to enable rolling stock/coupler  upgrade , after all trucks are available - but without wheel's 

I have 20 B&O 55 ton hoppers  , each come with a bits bag containing Rapido couplers and 4 straight glue on (?) bits of moulded plastic , any ideas where the might go on the hoppers ?
