N / J class in n-scale dcc version

I notice that an HO version of this locomotive with dcc and sound has been released in two road number.
Are there plans for an n-scale dcc with sound version and if so when will it be available.
This model seems to have been offered in n-scale over the years.

I was pleased to see a new Class J 4-8-4 in HO with dcc and sound is advertised in June 2017 MR page 7.
Is an n-scale version planned and when could be expect it to be available.

N / Can one Exchange tenders on Bachmann Steam locomotives with DCC?

I like the Vanderbilt tenders and purchased one from Bachmann Parts; it is the one sold with the 2-6-6-2 locomotive.
I hired the installation of dcc and sound in this tender and had the installer connect it to one of the 2-10-2 locomotives.
Recently I purchased a new Vanderbilt tender item# 89452.
What steps will I need to take to exchange this new tender for the old one?
