Will it cause problems mixing bachman steel track with bachman nameplate track

Anyone tell me what I'm going to need to put power to this block signals.they are a two led light signals. There were no instructions. There is a green wire a red wire and w black wire with a resistor on the end.any help?

I'm useing Bachman e-z automatic reverse loop command module,with 2 9" insulated gap tracks. The engine goes threw one turnout into the loop partway but then stops. do I need to have a nother module hooked to the other insulated gap track? Any help?tks.

I do have a bachman e-z command control. I'll hook that up to the reverse loop to see if that works without my engine shutting down

I would think those insulated gap rails would take the place of plastic rail joints.anyone think the same?

Got bachmann e-z automatic reverse loop command plus 9" insulate gap rail but engine still shuts down when entering the loop . What's wrong? Any suggestions?
