I push the programming button in the turnout to enter "programming mode" but nothing happens.
I know the turnout receives power because when I power the track the turnout's points rails swing back and forth once.

Does anybody have links to the various information?

I have two nephews and each must have a "throttle" to run two locos each similar to DCC.
I have discovered EZ APP to run two locos per phone.
Can I have two phones, each running their two locos?
Thanks
