Whats up everybody?

Just wondering if anybody knows how to disassemble  Toby the Tram engine to get to the PC board. The TCS website helped with Henry but I am puzzled. Im switching to DCC. Also the PC boards are marked with a P- and P+, which is the left or right pickup?

Just curious, how likely is it that someone will ruin a loco by taking it apart in an attempt to install a decoder??? Excuse me if it seems like a stupid question.

Does anyone know of any websites that show the disassembly of the engines step by step? I killed percy and thomas a couple of years ago because i forced them apart Im thinkin about converting my engines to DCC.

Just wondering, what is the "life expectancy" of HO models, especially of Thomas and his friends? It'll be a shame if its not a lifetime

Does anybody know what those circuit boards screwed on the cabs of the engines are for? And would it do any harm if these were removed and replaced with a decoder if one decides to go DCC?

Sometimes when I start up my Gordon he moves very slowly like his gears are sticky with somthing. Then I'll hear a sparking sound and seee white smoke-im not sure from where though. Any explaination?
