Hi,
      Last year I purchased the Bachmann Auto Reverse Trolley to put up around the Christmas Tree. It worked great! I put it together yesterday and  the trolley goes around the track leaving the "Shed" and traveling to the bumper and stopping. It just satys there the "Auto-Reversing" isn't working. The only way to get it to work is to turn the power pack off and back on. I have also made sure the the section of track that is suppossed to be connected to the bumper piece of track is connected correctly.

After moving about a year ago I am going ready to get back into the hobby. I have to build new benchwork and I am going to start with a 4' x 8' layout.

How thick does my sheet of plywood have to be 1/4" or 1/2"?  I am going to use 1' x 4" boards for the frame, legs and support pieces.

I just purchased the automatic reversing trolley. I want to purchase additional track to expand where I want the trolley to run.
Can I purchase regular HO track or is there special reversing track I must purchase to do this?

Has anyone put this kit together? I am at the point of putting the plaster cloth on the layout and want to know if I should pre-wire everthing I am going to have in the scenery (IE signal lights, billboards, buildings, street lights etc.) before I use the plaster cloth?
