I am in need of a front tender truck for my EM1.  The parts catalogue shows these as 'Sold Out'.  Will more be coming in and if so, when?

When will the tender trucks and wheelsets become available?

I got a Bachmann heavy mountain and an EM1 that I want to add sound to.  Any recommendations on a sound decoder?

Will Bachmann be offering DCC equipped tenders such as the short and long styles like they did with the non DCC tenders?  If not is there a way to convert the non DCC tenders to DCC?

Are repair parts available for the N scale Peter Witt streetcar?  If not, when are they expected?

Lots of people would like to see this come to pass.   With all the other RR specific steamers out that have been produced lately there really isn't a reason why we do not have a good running K4.   Bachmann is the one I would like to see do it.  Make it as good running as your HO model

Had problems with the tender of my K4 always derailing.  Determined that the problem was interference with the wiring between the tender and the locomotive.  I bought this locomotive on line at a well known hobby store/etailer but it was apparently a return because there were no instructions or parts list/diagram with it.

In any event in my attempt to 'fix' the problem the tender trucks which provide electrical pickup for the decoder were removed and later placed back.  What I don't know is if the trucks were replaced the same way or were replaced with the pickups reversed.  Does this make a difference or does the decoder sort that out?  The engine will not run now so I want to know if that is the problem or should I look for something else.

How about it Mr. Bachmann, a PRR K4 in 2011?  You just came out with a GP7 which Atlas did  a fine job on.   I just bought four of the Atlas GP 7's at $45.00 each.   Most, if not all of the popular locomotives [like the GP7/9] have been done already.   So why no K4?  The field is wide open for you.  A well designed, good running K4 would have no competition and with the recent additions of heavyweight passenger cars a truly passenger steam locomotive would fill a void.  So how about it Mr. Bachmann, a K4 in 2011?

When is the new coupler going to be made available as a separate item?  Woll there be a "T" shanl version?  How anbout a short shank version? 

What is the best method for removing lettering on the Bachmann Spectrum steam locomotive tenders?  I tried 91% alcohol but no go.

Are the electric motors in the 2-6-6-2 and heavy 4-8-2 supposed to be 5 pole motors or only three poles?  Your advertising says 5 poles but people are reporting that it is only a three pole motor.

I sent in my Nscale heavy mountain for repair on Dec. 26, 2008 along with the appropriate check since I could not find my receipt.  I haven't heard a word since.  This is the first time I have sent anything in for repair.  How long do I have to wait for my locomotive?
