Mr Bachmann, I have had a 4-4-0 on order from Bachmann UK for months, I rang Bachmann UK the other day and was told that it could be several more months before  it would be delivered. Is this model still being made?, and if so why the tremendous delay?. If this is how a large multi national company runs itself it does not bide well in my eyes and possibly others here in the UK. I acknowledge that there is a worldwide recession, but hey here I am waiting the spend my money on one of your products!!!.....Jim

Mr Bachmann, I phoned my local stockist today to order a new 4-4-0 only to be told that Bachmann UK are listing this item as no longer available.Has this model been discontinued?, if not when are supplies likely to be available?......Jim

Hi, I`m looking for a friendly person who might have for sale a smokestack for a 1/20th scale Eureka & Palisade 4-4-0. I have a friend in Virginia who has been phoning Bachmann spares for days, but without  success in getting through. I live in Scotland so any mail costs will be fully re-inbursed together with the cost of the item........Jim

Hi, I have several 4-4-0`s in spc colours, but they all have the same cab and tender number 3.Can anyone suggest a tried and tested method of removing these numbers without affecting the base colour red? Also can anyone suggest where I can get appropriate decals for South Pacific Coast?I also understand that some of the 4-40`s were also painted in a green shade, has anyone attemted this?......Jim
