Can I run a Williams steam locomotive using a Lionel PowerMax Power pack? The PowerMax puts out 40 wats. Or am I going to need a more powerful power pack?

The Thomas the Tank engine line that Bachman produces, Are those trains in HO of OO scale? The reason I ask is because I have developed an interest in European style trains and I think a lot of the Thomas stuff is of European nature. Tanks!!

Hi everyone!!! I want to know if anyone of you have experience running MTH HO trains with the Bachman EZ DCC system. The reason I ask is because I was gifted  a MTH SD70ACe that I want to run on DCC, but I do not have a DCC system yet. I like the price point of the Bachman EZ DCC starter set, but I am not sure it it will operate my SD70ACe. My main concern is the adders changes for the loco. My layout is only 4' X 6' and I am using Atlas code 93 track. Thanks for the help. I look forward to the replies!!!

I'm looking to get an SD-90 very soon and I am wondering if the fuel tank assembly and truck side frames can be swapped out for those of an SD-45 or an FP-45. I think these changes will improve the looks of these locomotives.

So today I took my four year old son to a train show here in Nashville TN. What  I noticed was that  most of the people there were much older than myself and certanly my son. It may be demographics, but there weren't many children and the items being sold were mostly Lionel post-war stuff ( way overpriced old, beat-up stuff). And what was not Lionel post-war was priced higher than what can be gotten on-line. Now I love all of that Lionel post-war stuff too, but there were not any items aimed at kids....one Thomas train set running, not even for sale! We walked out with a Batman toy car..not a train! My point is that this hobby will die  if we do not incorporate items for children. Now I know Bachman has lots of items for kids, but today here in music city it seems that idea was lost. A shame indeed.

I have a Lionel CW -80 power pack that came with one of train sets. I want to run Williams locos. Will that power pack have enough "juice" to run WBB locos? Or do I need a power pack with a higher output?

Will you guys be making the sound S-2 locos and F-7 in Atlantic Coast Line Purple? I'd love to see them. I going from O gauge to HO and I want to build my fleet with your Sound Value DCC locos. I thank you for making quality sound DCC locos at a price us regular folk can afford. Please do not change that!!!! Can't wait to see maybe a GP 30 HO DCC sound....

Hey WBB, How about some new road names for the FP45, like;
Wisconsin Central, Great Northen, CSX would look great! or even the new BNSF wedge scheme (my favorite)

I'm looking to add DCC to O gauge locomotives because I have A Digitrax Zephyr that I want to use. Has anyone installed a DCC decoder on a WBB loco? And if so what decoder was used? I'm not sure what type of decoder to use. I want to install them in the two motor diesels. Thanks!

Hey Mr. Bachman How about a set of F-3's in the ACL Purple paint scheme. I really like the classic F-3 look, and I'd love to see them in that paint scheme. I know you offer the F-7 in that scheme, but I do not really like these. And how about an NW-2 as well please in ACL purple!!Thanks!!

I saw a video on YouTube where the GP 30's were introduced at the York show. The guy said that the sound system would be eventually offered as a separate sale item to "upgrade" the trueBlast 2 sound system now in locos. Please say it's so!!!
