Williams by Bachmann / Pennsy RS3
May 24, 2015, 11:49:06 PM
Mr. Bach-Man, any plans to re-release an Alco RS3 in a new cab number in the
Pennsy road name? I noticed in the 2015 catalog that the Union Pacific GP30 has a different cab number than the GP30 that was released previously. I would like to purchase another RS3 to double head with my current RS3 but would like a different cab number.

Williams by Bachmann / WHAT A DEAL!!! Western Pacific F3's
September 30, 2014, 09:41:45 PM
What a couple of great deals I just scored! ;D I picked up Western Pacific F3 ABBA diesels for a great price from two different sources!!!  Trainworld/Trainland had the B Units for the unheard of price of $49.95 EACH!!! So, I bought TWO!!!! Caboose Hobbies had the AA's on clearance for $209.95.  So for basically for $310.00 I got an A-B-B-A set of Williams by Bachmann Western Pacific F3's!!!!! And of course, they run great!  8)

Williams by Bachmann / MY NEW WILLIAMS POWER
December 29, 2013, 11:37:38 AM
I received two new locomotives for Christmas, both from Williams by Bachmann. I ordered them from Western Depot. I got a 44 Ton Pennsy unit and the LAST Pennsy NW2 they had in stock. ;D My wife said she would pay for the NW2 which I was not about to argue with. The NW2 was $170 and the 44 Tonner was $115, not bad in my opinion! Both run and sound great, as expected. Thanks Williams!!!

Williams by Bachmann / Williams by Bachmann Alcos
February 23, 2013, 09:01:09 PM
Mr. Bach-mann,
Since the EMD GP-30 is a run away smash hit met with rave reviews (most recent issue of O Gauge Railroading), can we expect other new locomotives of the same quality from Williams by Bachmann? I personally would like to see some Alco units. Perhaps an RS3 or RS11? I would eagerly pick up some of those if they were of the same quality as the new GP-30. I plan on ordering a New York Central GP-30 in the next couple of months when my hours pick up at work. From all that I have heard, you guys hit a grand slam! :o

Is anyone else interested in a Williams by Bachmann Alco RS3 or RS11? Even an RS1 would be awseome!! Please feel free to pile on!  ;)

Mr. Bach-man,
When can we expect to see the 2013 Catalog?
Either On-line or an actual paper copy?

Mr. Bach-man or 3rd Rail,
I was just wondering, any chance for non-powered dummy unit GP-30 diesel locomotives for those of us who wish to run multiple unit lash-ups? Purchasing two or three powered units is a bit costly for some of us. And I really like to run my road locos in multiple unit lash-ups! ;D What do you think? Perhaps you could even package a powered and dummy unit together as is done with the F3s, FAs and PAs. I know a few years back brand "L" packaged three GP-9s together as a set, that would be great too! The locos could all have different cab numbers.
Would anyone else out there be interested in GP-30 powered and non-powered locomotives? The new GP-30 is a nice piece with great detail. A non-powered NYC GP-30 would really make my day! A powered and dummy set of of PRR and B&O GP-30s would be nice.

As you can see, here are my Williams by Bachmann Alco FAs and Baldwin RF-16 Sharknose A-B-As. ;)

Williams by Bachmann / WILLIAMS TRAINS FOR CHRISTMAS
December 29, 2012, 11:58:19 PM
OKAY EVERYONE, SHARE WITH US WHAT WILLIAMS by BACHMANN TRAIN YOU GOT  OR PURCHASED FOR SOMEONE ELSE THIS CHRISTMAS.  My wife bought me an A-B-A set of Pennsy Baldwin RF-16 Sharks!! As usual, they are awesome runners with nice detail. ;D
Cobrabob.

Two sets of Williams by Bachmann Pennsy diesels side by side on my layout. A pair of ALCO FAs on the right and my new Sharks on the left. AWESOME!!!!

I know the caboose pictured below is not a Williams product but I thought that I would share it anyhow. My son Matthew bought it for me for Christmas and I think that it goes well with my new Sharks!!!

Williams by Bachmann / Pennsy RF-16 Baldwin Diesels
September 06, 2012, 08:11:46 PM
I am thinking of buying an A-B-A set of brunswick green 5 stripe Pennsylvania R.R. Baldwin RF-16 Sharknose diesels. Can someone post a photo of their diesels if possible. I don't want another catalog photo please. ;)

Mr. Bach-Man, do you have any illustrations of what the Erie Railroad F3s will look like? Which paint scheme do you plan on doing? Will it be similar to the small Alco FAs?? ;D
Cobrabob.
Also, any idea on a tentative arrival date at our local hobby shops?
How about pre-production mock-up photo???

Williams by Bachmann / Williams NW2
August 19, 2012, 11:30:19 AM
Yesterday I purchased my newest WbB locomotive, a B&O NW2. What a nice piece! It has dual motors and pulls like a much bigger diesel would!! I believe this makes 5 Williams locomotives on my O Gauge roster. Congratulations Bachmann Industries on such nice trains! Thank you!

Williams by Bachmann / Seaboard Air Line 602
September 27, 2011, 08:31:01 PM
Any plans to produce the Seaboard 602 diesel switcher in the Golden Memories Line? I sure would like a nice NEW dual motor version to run on my layout. My 602 was originally my Father's, and while I cherish it, I would like to have a mint version to run also!! ;D

Williams by Bachmann / Williams RDC?
January 07, 2010, 04:36:43 PM
Hey Bach-man does WBB have any plans to make pairs of RDC cars similar to the ones Lionel made? I am sure that it could be done as well or better and at a much more consumer friendly price. Thank you,
Cobrabob. ;D

Williams by Bachmann / UPLOAD BOX FULL?
September 21, 2009, 10:47:40 AM
Does anyone check the Upload box? I try to send some pictures of my Williams Trains in action on my new layout and it will not accept my pictures. It says the Upload Box is full. The photos are 78 to 80 kb and should be able to be attatched and uploaded.

Williams by Bachmann / Awesome Trains For The Money
September 21, 2009, 10:30:40 AM
Three of the last four locomotives which I have purchased are by Williams and I think that their product is an awesome deal for the money I spent. They all have run flawlessly thus far and the paint jobs are impeccable! Thank You Wiliams By Bachmann for the great products! Cobrabob.
