N / Kitbashed SD45's and SD40-2 HELP .
December 30, 2023, 12:22:04 PM
I happen to have a pair of Kitbshed SD45's which resulted in me using FOUR EMD GP40's Introduced: 1968 (first GP40), 1969 by BACHMANN. Would anyone happen to know what CHASSIS would fit? I also happen to have a BACHMANN EMD SD40-2 SPECTRUM VERSION no CHASSIS. I am in need of CHASSIS and Respective BACHMANN JEWEL CASES for these.

The FT.. I think BACHMANN did this one only in HO-SCALE ages ago at one point. Here's two  websites you might want look into http://ho-scaletrains.com , http://www.hoseeker.net/lit.html and https://www.hoseeker.net/nscale.htm . I trust these websites help.

How about some BAY WINDOW Cabooses in N-SCALE?

How about producing the Richmond Locomotive Works 4-4-0 in N-SCALE?  I think we've had enough of the Old-Time Version of the 4-4-0.

Hello Bach Man,
please advise why you are not selling these N scale plastic storage boxes as a separate item.  If an engine storage box gets cracked or is otherwise damaged, there is no way to replace it at the moment.  It would be nice to be able to replace it.
Fred

Fred,  I hear you there. I have been asking for a few years, even to have extra JEWEL CASES with the Plastic Insert which will accommodate any BACHMANN Locomotive which one acquires at ... those you know so called Train Shows . You know the ones they're billed via media as "toy and train shows!

sorry I don't know about decoders but - as far as I recall inside the Bachmann box (on the end tab ?) you will see a number stamped on - say 180514 this is read backwards and is the date of manufacture of loco or passenger/freight cars - it was made 14-05 (May)-2018

Has one tried the following website.  http://www.spookshow.net/locolist.php?diesels=6&steam=1&nonbrass=3&sortby=4&Submit=Submit

Dear Santa,

Please bring me 4 of the above. ^
I've been a good boy all year.

I'll leave cookies and milk on the table.

I would like a UNDECORATED version!
