The 2 Truck Shays have at least 3, maybe 4, model numbers. I believe the model number are 81196, 81197, 81198, and possibly 81999. What are the differences between the models? Can I use the replacement trucks on all of the models?

Large / Heisler Polarity Switch

The polarity switch in my Heisler's smoke box has been pulled loose from the PCB. Is it possible to purchase a new switch and PCB? If not, can I salvage the polarity switch from a Bachmann 0-4-0 Porter?
