Had my shay dcc ready for around 2 years,put it on the track moved very slowlyand erratic stop go.
Even when power applied striaght to the wheels,is this a gear problem orwhat

I havea old liliput  steamer tender driven , given bachmann own liliput i need to get some gears and wormdrive
Does anyone know how i can get them, had a hard time on liliput websight mmaybe it was my fault but could not get it to work.any ideas

Does anyone know where I can buy a can mother suitable for bachmann on30 porter DCC ready and very early model  the porterers are 0-4-0
Looked on bachmann site parts and found none that mach the roundish shape
