If you buy on ebay and then pay with a Postal Money order if the seller cashes it and does not send the item it is Postal Fraud and serious charge.
I have bought and sold on ebay with over 2000 items changing hands and i have had postal orders lost and they were tracked after 30 days and then refunded if not found and cancelled.
Then you send another payemnt to seller showing him proof you sent a payment and that it was lost and therefore you have done what you had to do to get your money back and then get seller payment.

The Scarborough Model Railroaders are having their annual winter Open house's this Sunday November 30th and the folling Sunday Dec 7th 2008.
We are located at 17 Jeavons Ave, Scarborough Ontario Canada.

The Scarborough Model Railroaders are hosting a Open House Sunday March 2 from 11am to 5pm.

Do a web search to find the Scarborough Model Railroaders website which shows the photo's of the Dual scale Club with N scale upstairs and Ho downstairs. They are the only club in Ontario with a permanent N scale layout. The HO layout is DCC and is set in the 40-late 50 era.

The club has been around for more then 40 years and is still going strong.

I've taken this train ride 2 years ago and it was fantastic. the F7 and the BL2 are terrific to look at and the train ride is beautiful.
